[Photo/@Nation_Breaking]The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has denied allegations that some of their supporters in Kisumu county broke into Tumaini Supermarket and looted goods during the ant-IEBC demos on Friday.Several people including the supermarket workers were reported to have been injured during the incident.ODM party has istead blamed the looting on President Uhuru Kenyatta's administration.They further noted police were deliberately absent during the fracas."Elements in government are reported to have broken into a supermarket in Kisumu and looted. Explains delibarate police absence at the scene," ODM aid in a statement."We continue to urge supporters that acts that border on criminality must not be allowed," the party added.Raila Odinga's party further called for quick investigations into the matter."The ODM calls for swift investigations into the circumstances under which unknown people stormed a supermarket in Kisumu and looted goods," said the party."The ODM rejects any insidious insinuation that it's our supporters who did this. We see it as a way of delegitimizing the ongoing demos," it noted.
