Obura, who was the host MP at Jomo Kenyatta Sports Ground where Kisumu residents turned up to view the body of the late Homa Bay Senator Otieno Kajwang' was not allowed to address the crowd.

When Raila stood to address the mourners, they shouted saying they did not want Obura, who had unknowingly sneaked and left the venue.

Obura is among a few ODM legislators in Luo Nyanza who are perceived to be rebels within the Orange party.

Raila told the crowd that he had made it clear to the legislators that they either tore the party line or leave.

“You are either with us or with them, party members should be party members, not that today you are here and tomorrow  you are there,’’ said Odinga.

Odinga said he has personally talked to Obura, and is now upon him to decide to remain in the party or vacate.

Raila said unity in the party is paramount, and if they advance in a disjointed unit, then their competitors will infiltrate their camp.
