Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo literally broke down into tears when Supreme Court judges nullified reelection of President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Majority judges (4) voted for nullification of the presidential results on grounds IEBC either refused or deliberately neglected holding credible elections in line with the constitution.

And moments after the ruling, Odhiambo, well known for her theatrics fell down in front of the Supreme Court and wept in full glare of cameras.

A strong defense team lead by Senator James Orengo filed the petition accusing IEBC of violating the constitution and various election laws.

Though little known too many, Odhiambo, a Human Rights lawyer was one of the forces behind the strong petition and is said to have spent most nights preparing the case at Raila Odinga’s Karen home.

Serving her third time in parliament, Odhiambo has risen up to be one of the most dependable legislators from Luo Nyanza and Kenya at large.
