A section of ODM governors and lawmakers risk being locked out of the August polls.
This after the leaders failed to submit their nomination applications as the Monday deadline approaches.
The nomination applications are necessary to enable the candidates take part in the primaries for selection to represent the party in the August polls.
Already party chairman John Mbadi has hinted that the deadline ight not be extended for the second time.
“The national executive committee agreed not to extend it further,” Mbadi is quoted by the Star.

Governors are expected to pay Sh500,000, while MPs, who include Senators and members of the National Assembly, pay Sh250,000.
MCA aspirants are required to pay Sh25,000
