ODM MP and party officials have resolved to support the agreement between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga.
Speaking on Tuesday morning after a party Parliamentary Group, the leaders said they are supporting the move, which Joint ODM Parliamentary Group meeting, this was chaired by party leader Raila Odinga.
Today held its first meeting since the start of the year highlighted activities since he was sworn in on January 30th this year.
The members also advised Odinga not to be distracted by those close to him who were only interested in benefiting ahead of 2022 elections.
They also requested Odinga to fight for the justice for the families that lost their loved ones after last year’s elections, in which many were killed.
The meeting comes a few days after Odinga and Kenyatta decided to shelf their differences and work together.
The agreement brought to an end a protracted debate on the direction the country was taking, after an election that threatened to tear the country apart.
