Immediate former Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire has refuted media reports that he has ditched Opposition party ODM.

Speaking on Monday, the ODM National treasurer maintained that he was firmly in NASA, rubbishing the 'fake news' on his defection to Jubilee Party as "utter nonsense."

"All Kenyans and NASA supporters should get it from me that I am firm and steadfast in ODM and at no time have I contemplated crossing over to join this government," the outspoken politician remarked.

Bosire noted that it would be 'a great betrayal to the people of Kenya' should he abandon the Opposition for the ruling party.

He further accused Jubilee of paying bloggers and propagandists to spin the rumour.

"This is a Jubilee and State House engineered lie that should be treated with the contempt it deserves. It has not happened. It will not happen," he insisted.

"We need a better government, not this dysfunctional Jubilee government that has only excelled in corruption, bad governance, tribalism and police brutality," he added.
