Election of Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi to lucrative PAC committee has sparked yet another debate in NASA coalition with supporters now demanding exit of Raila Odinga.

Yet again, the coalition is embroiled in another storm with a section of MPs accusing Raila's ODM of discrimination.

"We are tired of playing second fiddle all the time. Raila is now proving to be a tribal bigot. He should quit by January," said Douglas Maati of Kitutu Masaba ODM Youth League.

Among the topical issues they are accusing Odinga is selection of MPs from his Luo Nyanza region to head influential committees in parliament.

While John Mbadi is the Minority Leader, Junnet Mohammed was nominated as Minority Whip and Gladys Wanga is being fronted for PSC.

"We have MPs like Simba Arati who comes from Abagusii yet he has been given nothing. This shoes how we do not matter at all in ODM. Raila should now quit," added Mary Makiwa, of Women League from Nyamira.

Notably, the issue has split further ODM luminaries with Raila Odinga convening a special sitting scheduled on Wednesday.

Wandayi. a close confidant of Odinga, beat Sakwa Bunyasi to clinch chairmanship of the critical watchdog committee.
