KisiiJubilee Party Deputy Secretary Omweri Omotari claims that Orange Democratic Movement party ODM has already issued direct nominations to a number of its leaders in Gusii.
Omweri says the Orange party has been a 'bad example' to democracy in the region adding that aspirant John Momanyi of Bonchari parliamentary seat is among the beneficiary.
"ODM is a party that should be avoided at all costs.It has preferred candidates and I don't see a reason why they should go for party primaries. Someone like John Momanyi is a beneficiary," he said.
"Jubilee is the only alternative to such a party. Time has come for our people to work with the government because the opposition has no clear agenda for our people," he added.
He also took a jibe at Kisii Governor James Ongwae saying that he is the architect of the alleged impunity in the ODM party.
