Speaking at Jacaranda Grounds when he issued title deeds to Nairobi residents, Uhuru asked politicians to stop too much politics and focus on development. However, it was his comment where he asked the DP to stop " kutangatanga kwa vichochoro" that caught the attention of many who read some trouble within the Jubilee setup especially after the March 9 handshake between the President and NASA leader Raila Odinga to end political hostilities.

The President's choice of words has sparked reactions with many wondering if he really meant it. But to Homa Bay Senator Kajwang, Uhuru's comment was necessary especially for those engaging prematurely in 2022 politics.

"I think what the President said yesterday is a reflection of what he has been thinking. I wish that the President could tell the Deputy President " awache kutanga tanga" so that we stop the obsession of 2022," said Kajwang during an interview on Citizen TV on Thursday.
