ODM celebrates its 10th anniversary on Friday and plans include an exclusive dinner for loyal supporters.
This exclusivity is at a cost of Sh6,000 per plate at the dinner event where party leader Raila Odinga is expected to relaunch his presidential campaign and popularise the party.
All party life members have been invited for the event at Laico Regency Hotel, Nairobi.
“We are celebrating our 10th anniversary and we thought this should be an interesting opportunity for our party and members. The party leader and this category of members will now have an opportunity to meet and share ideas,” said Acting Secretary-General Dr Agnes Zani.
All MPs, Governors, Senators, MCAs with life membership have reportedly been invited to the dinner.
Dr Zani adds that similar ‘goat-eating’ events will be held in the counties as the party celebrates devolution and the successes recorded over years.
