Orange Democratic Movement party (ODM) has vowed to arrest convicted Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i.
Justice George Odunga found Matiang'i guilty of violating court orders and was due to sentence him along with Inspector General Joseph Boinet on Thursday.
And lawyer Edwin Sifuna, who doubles as the party's Secretary General, appealed to Kenyans to arrest the Nyamira born minister.
"To this end, ODM calls on Kenyans of goodwill, members of the bar, civil society and the church to come out and effect court orders by arresting the convicts," he said.
Similar sentiments were echoed by party treasurer Timothy Bosire, who accused Matiang'i of perpetuating impunity.
"Kenya is not a banana republic. If you cannot obey the law, we shall force you to. Matiang'i is not an exception," he said.
Lawyer Miguna Miguna was deported on Wednesday to Dubai and he has since refused to board another plane to his Canadian base.
