According to Maalim, the party has the names of the ODM members who attended the rally. He said that the party will not tolerate members who are flouting party rules and regulations.

“As we move forward we are going to take stern action against members who betray the party and goes against party established rules,” said the former deputy speaker during a Cord rally at Kamukunji grounds in Nairobi on Saturday.

He said that every member of the party must abide to the regulations.

Maalim said that there were some moles in the party but warned them saying that time for them to go has come.  “The ODM party will not allow some few people to flout party rules and expose the party to outsiders,” said Maalim.

A section of opposition leaders are said to have attended the Jubilee Afraha rally two weeks ago.

The prayer rally was organized following the termination of ICC cases against Deputy President William Ruto and radio journalist Joshua Sang.

There were unconfirmed claims that some opposition members attended the Nakuru prayer rally and were allegedly paid Sh50, 000 each.
