Political aspirants who hire hooligans to disrupt party nominations will be disqualified, Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga has said.

Speaking when he met People Living With Disabilities (PLWD) at the party's Orange House Tuesday, Raila said the party will not hesitate taking action against such aspirants. 

"Hiring hooligans to nomination centres to intimidate candidates will be completely disallowed. Any candidate that uses violence to intimidate persons with disabilities will be immediately disqualified," he said.

The Orange party has witnessed volatile nominations in the past with pundits arguing that the situation has always cost the party several electoral seats.
