Politicians allied to the opposition coalition have hinted on plans to have another demonstration on Thursday to compel the Inspector General of police to have Hon Moses Kuria arrested and prosecuted.
Led by Hon Timothy Bosire, the ODM politicians said that they would mobilize their supporters to a demonstration along the Nairobi streets to the office of the IG.
'We are calling for the immediate arrest of Moses Kuria. He should be arrested and arraigned in the courts for making such inflammatory statements in public. If the police fail to make the arrests before Thursday then we will march to the office of the IG to demand for the same," noted Bosire.
The opposition politicians spoke in Nairobi as they addressed journalists. The ODM leaders named Kinuthia Mbugua and Kimani Ngunjiri as some of the Jubilee leaders that ought to be arrested over incitement.
Moses Kuria is being accused of making statements that sought to have the Cord opposition leader Raila Odinga assassinated over his continued push for the ejection of IEBC commissioners.
