According to Mose, Bosire has been frustrating his efforts to lead the constituents after he defeated him last year.

Mose claimed that Bosire has paid his supporters to taint his name especially on the recently released CDF bursaries.

"It is very unfortunate that Bosire has paid his supporters to continue spreading propaganda about my leadership.

"Bosire should respect me and allow me to serve the electorates because the same people who voted for me are the ones who voted him in 2013 but he failed to deliver," he said.

The Jubilee MP called on constituents to ignore Bosire who is opposing his good leadership to get political mileage in the constituency.

"The ODM treasure is trying to be politically relevant by spreading propaganda about me and the CDF team.

"It is time residents should know Bosire as a desperate leader who is seeking sympathy from the people of Kitutu Masaba.

"CDF applicants who missed to get bursaries are those who didn't attach relevant documents such as admission letters from their respective schools but they will be given priority in the next allocations," he added.

He denied that orphans and poor students were sidelined during the allocation of CDF bursaries.
