Before the 2017 elections, Bosire had raised his profile in national politics following his confrontations to the the president in parliament.

"My defeat was engineered by Uhuru and he conspired with IEBC and my opponent to stage manage the outcome," he said in an exclusive interview.

The ODM treasurer lost to his Jubilee rival Shadrack Mose who scored 33, 000 votes to Bosire's 20, 000 votes.

And according to the firebrand politician, CS Fred Matiang'i was Uhuru's foot soldier in the entire conspiracy to rig him out.

"Matiang'i camped in my constituency and he even recently thanked residents for voting me out. The truth is IEBC rigged me in 16 polling stations where they could not account for 16, 000 votes," he added.

As to why he decided to drop the appeal after High Court defeat, Bosire said part of evidence in his constituency collected by Raila Odinga team was to part of the case due to time limitations.
