Despite earlier indications that he would appeal a judgment that rendered his election petition as 'non binding', ODM National Treasurer Timothy Bosire will after all move on.
In his judgment a fortnight ago, Justice James Makau also ordered Bosire to pay both IEBC and the respondent, Shadrack Mose a fine of Sh5 million.
"We shall respect the court decision because that is the law however, there is still a room to seek justice and I will ensure we get it," he had said.
During the August polls, the outspoken former Kitutu Masaba MP lost to Jubilee's Mose by a margin of close to 15, 000 votes.
At a funeral in Manga on Wednesday, Bosire however said his focus would be on 2022 and further urged Raila Odinga to stay in the game.
"I will continue fighting out of parliament until 2022. I may not agree with the judgment but I will live with it," he said, ruling out a possibility of appealing.
Sources close to the former MP hint that he is preparing for 2022 Nyamira gubernatorial race.
