Nyamira ODM Youth League Leader Dennis Marube has yet again insisted that his life is in danger after anonymous people were seen in his North Mugirango area without justifiable reasons.
The vibrant ODM leader has been in the forefront organising anti-IEBC demonstrations in the larger Nyamira a part from fighting for equity and transparency in the local leadership.
In his exclusive interview with the reporter, Marube revealed how criminals have been pursuing him with the latest tip from members of the public that mysterious people were searching for his house with no clear reasons.
“My life is in danger and I want to repeat that again. For the last few weeks some mysterious people have been pursuing me and I am really in a big mess,” Marube said.
“Its better that the public knows because anything is possible. Recently, members of the public reported me of some mysterious people who were trying to locate my house. I am a target of some criminals and I want to be assured of my security,” Marube added.
Marube also said he had recorded a statement at the Nyaramba police station and also informed area MP Charles Geni and the party’s national treasurer Timothy Bosire.
“I’ve recorded a statement with police and also informed North Mugirango MP and our national treasurer. My life must be protected because I have a very young family,” he said.
