Medo, who joined first as a fitness trainer takes over the mantle from Anthony Mwangi who will now deputize him.

Since the club was taken over by Francis Mureithi, it has recorded impressive wins and the latest 3-0 win over Wazito at Camp Toyoyo saw them move to position 13, away from relegation zone.

"We have confirmed Medo, he is our coach from now henceforth. We have given him a two-year contract after convincing us he is the right man for the job. We believe in his ability to take us forward and help us achieve our goals. Mwangi will deputize him; we have faith in this technical bench and we believe it is the best," read part of the statement.

"Medo has done an exemplary job. He has proved that he can take the team forward and the management has decided to hand him the job," it further added.

Nakumatt will face SoNy Sugar in the next league assignment before taking on Kakamega Homeboyz and Chemelil Sugar later in the month.
