Ogari, who ditched Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party recently, adds that the party was likely to scoop many elective seats in Gusii region than his former party.

He also predicted victory of President Uhuru Kenyatta in August adding that Jubilee's track record in the region exceeds all previous regimes.

"Don't not be misguided that Jubilee Party cannot win seats in the region. In fact, many people have left ODM due to its antagonistic leadership style that has left many suffering," he told his supporters at Gianchere on Sunday.

"Jubilee government has done a lot infrastructure wise in  our region and it is time we give them what they deserve. I am sure that President Kenyatta will be re-elected in August," he added.

Ogari had apologized to ODM leader Raila Odinga last year at the National Delegates Convention for working with Jubilee government, although the apology was not received by a section of ODM establishment from Gusii region.
