Even at the moment they are giving out tenders in very dubious deals and have refused to follow directives," he told Citizen TV.The fiery ODM politician further urged the poll agency to reschedule the October 26 repeat polls saying they need to first sort the confusion surrounding the constitutionality of the election.The IEBC on Wednesday announced that all the 8 presidential contendersof the August polls are free to contest the fresh elections even as confusion looms over the candidature of Nasa leader Raila Odinga who pulled out on Tuesday.
