Jackson Ole Sapit, the Anglican Church of Kenya's head, has expressed no qualms about taking the church's dispute to court for adjudication.Three priests have sued him over what they call electoral malpractices that saw Sapit interfere in the elections to influence the election of a bishop who is set to be consecrated next year.''If some priests feel aggrieved and the only way to address those grievances is through a court process, I have no issue with that. The law is there for all of us. I cannot stop them,'' Sapit said.Sapit has encouraged the trio to embrace an out-of-court settlement.
