Former TNA Secertary General, Onyango Oloo, who recently decamped to the Orange Party, has told off Devolution and Planning Cabinet Secretary Mwangi Kiunjiri for linking him to graft during his tenure in government.
Oloo, whose decision to ditch the Uhuru Kenyatta-led Jubilee Party elicited mixed reactions from both sides of the political divide has dared Mr. Kiunjuri to table any evidence of corruption against him.
Speaking during an interview with a local TV station on Sunday, the former TNA boss said that Kiunjuri's comments are not sincere considering the timing of his statement. He added that his tenure as the chairman of the Lake Basin Development Authority (LBDA) had no incidence of corruption.
According to Oloo, Kiunjuri himself has a case to answer for not taking action against him if he knew he was involved in corrupt deals while in-charge of LBDA. He added that the dossier against him by the CS is a ploy to scare him to make a U-turn on his decision to ditch the party.
Oloo's comments come just days after the CS said that he (Oloo) has questions to answer having 'messed' up things at LBDA and that he was going to open a case against him.
