The MP had accused Oloo of having received some bribes from Samuel Waithuki, who is the Nakuru County Assembly Majority Leader so as to ensure that TNA endorses him against the impeached majority leader Mwaura Njenga.

Speaking to the press on Monday at Nakuru town, Oloo said that the MP should prove all the claims that he is accusing him and report it to the EACC.

"Ngunjiri should go to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission with all the facts and report it there so that the EACC can come and charge me instead of uttering things in the public without facts. I am asking him to apologise with immediate effect failure to that I will sue him in court,” said Oloo.

Oloo went ahead to ask the MP to ensure that he gathers all the facts, and also concrete evidence that will implicate him in the bribe taking allegations.

"I am kindly telling Ngunjiri to be prepared to meet me in court so that we can settle this issue once and for all. I hope he has all the evidence and facts that will prove am guilty,” added Oloo.

He further said that TNA was free from any kind of corruption and bribe taking.

"We as leaders should be on the forefront to fighting this monster, which is called corruption and we should ensure that we also teach our fellow people not to indulge in the vice,” he added.
