Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu has dismissed the move by former TNA secretary general Onyango Oloo to ditch Jubilee.
Waititu claimed Oloo was ODM leader Raila Odinga’s mole in Jubilee, terming his defection a blessing.
"We are aware that he was secretly making calls to ODM leaders to give them information about the Jubilee Party. He used to work for them at night and pretended to support the party during the day,” said Waititu.
Speaking during the burial of AIPCK Archbishop John Baptista Mugecha in Tetu, Nyeri County, the MP said Oloo's defection is not a blow to Jubilee.
"Oloo has moved to where he belonged in the first place. Jubilee has no problem with his move, we are better of without him," said the lawmaker.
While announcing his defection on Wednesday, Oloo accused the Jubilee government of presiding over corruption, saying the president Uhuru Kenyatta-led party, had been hijacked by people associated with deputy president William Ruto's URP.
