Former Mombasa Senator Hassan Omar has hit out at NASA politicians over their threat to swear-in Raila Odinga.Omar termed the threats as the joke of the year, adding that Raila will never come close to being sworn-in as president.Speaking to journalists in Mombasa on Monday, Omar asked opposition leaders to keep their threats to themselves and stop bothering Kenyans.The former Wiper Party Secretary General (SG) accused NASA of seeking public sympathy with their threat to swear-in Raila.“It is laughable to hear NASA claim that they will swear-in Raila Odinga when he (Raila) withdrew, boycotted and lost miserably in the October 26 repeat poll,” said Omar.Omar further alleged that NASA plans to cause instability in the country by instilling fear and provoking Kenyans to violence.The former Senator advised Raila to retire peacefully and stop confusing his supporters.On Sunday during a rally in Kibra, NASA politicians threatened to swear-in Raila if President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta is sworn-in for a second term.
