Former Mombasa Senator Hassan Omar has made his first public appearance after the August 8 elections.
Omar on Friday joined other Muslim faithfuls at Ronald Ngala Grounds when they assembled to celebrate Idd-ul-Adha.
He also wrote a post on social media, a post that conspicuously steered away from any concession to Governor Hassan Joho.
“The SC Petition judgment will set a new bar in electioneering and petitions. Many more elections will be nullified.”
He also attended the Friday prayers where he sat side-by-side with ODM's Mvita MP Abdulswamad Nassir.
Omar also refused to give a media briefing and said that his full address will be next Thursday.
