[Photo|PSCU]Former Mombasa Senator Hassan Omar has published in leading local dailies, his application to withdraw his election petition against Governor Ali Hassan Joho.He filed the application on Tuesday at the Mombasa Law Court.In his application, Omar claimed Justice Lydia Achode was biased and could not issue an impartial ruling, especially after she declined to withdraw from listening the case.Omar published the application in local dailies to inform the public that he had indeed withdrawn the petition.Below is the notice.
