Struggling Western Stima have sacked head coach Henry Omino from his coaching role.
Omino's position will now be filled by Ugandan tactician Richard Makumi.
The former boss was however appointed the team's technical director.
Makumi is expected to come along with his own deputy as the club fired Omino's assistant Patrick Odhiambo.
Western Stima chairmanLaban Jobita announced the results on Wednesday after his charges secured a draw with Kakamega Homeboyz.
“We made the changes after a crisis meeting with the management, which raised several issues and questioned why the team could not perform yet allowances and salaries are paid on time,” said Jobita.
“It was agreed that Omino be redeployed as technical director and we appoint Makumi as his replacement. He will come with his assistant,” he added.
