After taking KRA chief John Njiraini to court for staying in office even after being within attaining retirement age, controversial activist Okiyah Omtatah has turned his gun to NGO coordination boss, Fazul Mohammed.Mr. Omtatah wants Fazul hounded out of office after the expiry of his tenure.He contended that Matiang'i is yet to start the process of replacing Fazul which was wrong.“As a concerned citizen, I’m aggrieved that in defiance of the law, Fazul continues to be in office as the executive director of the NGO Coordination Board,” he says, according to a story by the Star.According to the activist, the NGO coordination should have been sent on terminal leave and an acting executive director appointment.Omtatah is concerned that Mr. Fazul's continued stay is preventing other qualified Kenyans from holding the office.
