Activist Okiya Omtatah has moved to Supreme Court seeking nullification of Thursday's presidential poll .

This comes after Omtatah failed to convince the supreme court to prevent IEBC from conducting the repeat presidential election.

He now wants Thursday repeat presidential election nullified, arguing that it was voided by the withdrawal of National Super Alliance (Nasa) presidential candidate.NASA leaders on the other have dismissed the October 26 election terming it Jubilee opinion polls.Meanwhile, Starehe Mp Charles Njaguar has also moved to Court seeking to compel IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati to announce presidential results without conducting the election in FOUR counties that had been postponed.
