Area MP John Oyioka said CDF will allocate money to help pipe water to several homes.
“The borehole was drilled during the former MP John Opore’s tenure and I will ensure it is completed for locals to benefit equally,” he said.
He urged residents in the area to be patient because the borehole is yet to be completed.
“We need to purchase a mortar which will help to pump water. I am calling on residents to embrace some patience as we plan to buy a water mortar and bring engineers and plumbers to starting connecting homes with water,” he added.
The legislator promised to give water storage containers to residents to help them store water for domestic use.
