[Photo|NMG]Police in Thika have arrested another man in connection with the Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) Thika Branch Sh52 million heist, bringing to four the number of suspects that have been arrested so far.The man identified as Shem Karani is said to have been in a hideout in Mombasa. Karani is reportedly a student at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).Thika West OCPD Willy Simba confirmed the arrest saying that the suspect had been arraigned before a Thika court on Monday where police asked for more time before releasing him."We have made another arrest in connection with the investigation into last month’s robbery incident at KCB Thika Branch. However, the police did not recover any money from the suspect even though we are still pursuing the matter to ensure we recover every coin,” said SimbaThe suspect is currently held at Thika Police Station until Wednesday as police continue with their investigations.Simba added that the police will hunt down all those who were involved in the robbery to the last man noting that their pursuit was bearing very positive results.Three men, among them two brothers, were last week released on bond by the same court in connection with the same theft incident.
