Kisii County Women representative Janet Ongera has urged women and youth group officials not to misuse funds from the Affirmative Action funds kitty.

Speaking on Friday at Monyerero ward in Kitutu Chache North constituency, Ms Ong'era said that group members should be vigilant and report officials who may divert the funds for personal benefit. 

"Once you recieve the funds you should ensure that you utilize it well to ensure that members benefit through starting of businesses," she said.

 She called upon any official who was having a hidden agenda ass far as the money was concern to resign. 

"The cash will reach all corners of Kisii County and kindly ignore those saying that I was planning to sideline some regions," she said.
