Speaking to journalist in Kisii town on Thursday, Rigena human rights watch organisation chairman Thomson Osoro said Kisii county Governor James Ongwae should tell residents how the funds for development projects are being used for the transparency.

Osoro said most of the county projects are incomplete and they should explain why.

“We want to know how the county spent the money set aside for the projects but they are not complete we are going to have demonstrations to compel the government to tell us,” said Osoro.

He also alleged that the county has more ghost workers who receive monthly salaries without working in the county.

Among the incomplete projects he alleged are the feeder roads, and connection of water among others.
