Kisii County governor is expected to know his fate as the votes recount process for six polling stations kicks off at Ogembo law courts.
The exercise that was ordered by Kisii high court is on its final day with a big police presence at the area.
During an interview with the governor outside Ogembo IEBC offices, the governor said he is confident that he will win despite the fact that he is being haunted for no good reason blaming Jubilee Government for his woes.
“I am sure the case will be thrown out as I won genuinely with the majority votes,” said Ongwae.
The process comes barely few days after the Kisii high court ordered for vote scrutiny in six polling stations in Kisii county.
