Former Kanduyi MP Alfred Khangati insists he will not abandon Jubilee party, weeks after quitting Raila Odinga’s ODM.
A former assistant Minister under Raila Odinga’s grand coalition faction, Khangati lost Bungoma governorship seat.
And to stamp his authority in his new party, Khangati maintains that he will ensure Jubilee scores in Western during the October repeat poll.
“I hear some people saying that I am in Jubilee to get a living. That is not true because it is a matter of principle and that is what guided me.
“Only death can separate me with Uhuru Kenyatta if so to speak. Those thinking that I will quit are just mistaken,” he said on Saturday.
Jubilee party has diverted her attention in western region with Uhuru making numerous trips after cancellation of his victory.
Others who have since joined Jubilee from the region are Ababu Namwamba, Paul Otuoma, and Moses Akaranga to mention but a few.
