Newly elected member of Parliament in Kitutu Chache south constituency Richard Onyonka is set to face sleepless nights after three poll losers teamed up to file a petition challenging his victory.
The petitioners include Mr. Andrew Maubi who was vying through the Wiper party.
Mr. Justus Mochoge who was under the party of (ANC) and Jimmy Onkangi under the party of (PDP).Addressing the media through their lawyer Evans Makori in Kisii town on Friday, the petitioners argued that the elections were marred with massive irregularities and above all IEBC's systems failed in their strongholds among other many reasons.
"We've already gathered enough evidence that can nullify the re-election of Onyonka as we're sure he didn't win in a genuine way," said Makori
His sentiments come barely a day after Richard Onyonka was declared the Mp elect after gunning 10200 votes.
