On Monday, KMPDU stated that doctors in private sector would withdraw their services after the imprisonment of the officials by the Employment and Labour Relations Court.

The officials were later released by the court of appeal which ordered both parties to ensure they solve the stalemate.

In its ruling Wednesday, the court ordered the release of the KMPDU officials pending the determination of a case challenging one-month jail terms imposed on them.
