John Opore MP Bonchari constituency has claimed that his political opponents are worried about the development he has brought to his people.
Opore who has been criticised by rivals for failing to deliver effectively to the people but defended his development record citing that for the last 15 years he has been in office he has done much for the constituents.
"Opponents going round the constituency criticising my development records in the region should keep off. I have much to do ahead of the 2017 polls," he stated.
"15 year in office means the people of Bonchari have confidence in me. My development record in the region has elected me all these years and I am confident of retaining my seat in 2017 elections," he posed.
He urged locals to shun divisive politics ahead of the 2017 elections.
He was speaking at Riana area in Bonchari constituency on Sunday.
