Majority of Kenyans believe that the opposition team has done a good job by holding the government to account since it came into power four years ago.
Three independent pollsters were commissioned by Citizen tv to conduct the opinion polls with the aim of gaging the mood of the country and the general state of Kenya ahead of the general election. The polls were carried out at the end of last week and the numbers delivered on Monday.
According to Infotrak findings, 65 percent say the opposition has done a good job, 16 percent think they have not been up to the task and seven percent don’t know.
Strategic Africa findings revealed 53 percent of respondents feel the opposition has played its role well in holding Jubilee to account, 28 percent say they haven’t while nine percent are not sure.
Ipsos on the other hand highlighted that 55 percent are in support that the opposition has performed its task well, 29 percent feel they have failed whereas five percent said they do not know.
