President Uhuru Kenyatta has criticised the opposition's constant criticism of his government and termed it unfounded.

Speaking in Busia town after opening the Agricultural Finance Corporation branch, the president said that the opposition had made it their business to keep calling for amendments of the constitution to fit their interests.

"Kenyans are not ready to dance to the whims of the opposition by amending the Constitution to suit their interest," he said .

The president was making his stopover in the town on his second day of the trip in Western region.

He accused the opposition of spreading propaganda so as to discredit the government's development agenda, adding that they (opposition) had no development agenda.
