Deputy President William Ruto argues that the opposition team has sensed defeat and that are playing delay tactics to derail the country from going to polls in August.
Ruto also accused opposition leader of propagating propaganda to make political capital out of 'imaginations'
The DP, who was touring Trans Nzoia County on Tuesday, dismissed claims that the government was using National Intelligence Service to rig elections.
"These people never cease to amaze me. They are not ready to go for elections because they know Jubilee will beat them hands down," he said.
"They have nothing new to tell us other than rigging. I have never seen NIS engaging in political issues but Odinga is busy creating a propaganda to make a political capital," added Ruto saying that elections must be held in August.
The opposition team maintains that Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission must carry out a thorough audit on voter register before August.
On Tuesday, IEBC boss Wafula Chebukati admitted instances of double voter registration in the existing register.
