National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has hit out at the opposition for what he termed as attempts to manipulate the constitution during their meeting at the Bomas of Kenya.
Speaking in Kasarani during the launch of Jubilee Party Smart cards, Duale said that the opposition has failed to find a development agenda for the country and has instead resorted to discussing the Jubilee party.
“Your excellency while you were away, instead of discussing alternative agendas to that of Jubilee and ways to unite Kenyans, our competitors discussed Hon Duale, they discussed our competent CS Joseph Nkaiserry. They spent even more time discussing you and your Deputy,” said Duale amid cheers from the crowd.
He said that the opposition came up with agendas that have no meaning or advantage to the country.
“They came out of Bomas of Kenya not only divided but with an agenda to divide Kenyans. They even decided to share positions that are not found in the constitution,” said Duale.
He further stated that Kenyans now have an opportunity to compare Jubilee Party with the opposition and what they stand for.
