Siaya Senator James Orengo has pointed the mistakes done by IEBC nad Jubilee lawyers in regards to case involving the elections.
Speaking on Wednesday, Orengo said that Jubilee lawyers were focusing on constitutional clauses that favored them instead of all clauses.
He said the lawyers are a clueless lot that is uninformed on legal matters.
He was responding after the High Court allowed Thirdway Alliance Presidential candidate Ekuru Aukot to vie for the repeat presidential polls.
"With the High Court ruling that Ekuru Aukot be included to the ballot, we can all tell IEBC lawyers are either clueless or ill-advising the commission," he said on Wednesday.
Orengo said it is regrettable that Jubilee and IEBC lawyers are quoting sections of the constitution that favour them without conclusively looking at all clauses.
