Senate Minority Leader James Orengo claims controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has been languishing in a toilet at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
For the three days in a row, the self proclaimed NRM General says he has not also been given food.
"I have been detained incommunicado. No food, no access to lawyers and worst, I am in a toilet at terminal 2," he wrote.
The government failed to produce Miguna in court on Wednesday with defense lawyers James Orengo and Otiende Amollo calling for prosecution of CS Fred Matiang'i.
At the court, Orengo said Miguna has been communicating from a toilet, even though the government has remained mum.
"His address today is in a toilet in terminal 2. He has been living in a toilet which is inconvenient even to a passanger," he claimed.
