Siaya Senator James Orengo has revealed four areas where police are using excessive force during Nasa demos.During a speech at Capitol Hill, Nairobi, Orengo revealed that police officers were targeting Kisumu , Bondo , Migori and Homa Bay.Orengo stated that police officers were targeting protesters in the four areas that are largely Nasa strongholds.He further claimed that there were militias being recruited to kill Nasa supporters.“It is clear the police are using a different standard in responding to demonstrations in areas considered to be NASA strongholds,” Orengo stated.“We will not sit back and watch. We will take actions that ensure people are protected,” he added.The Siaya Senator accused acting Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i and Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet of committing crimes against humanity.He condemned tear-gassing of 20 nursery school pupils at Mount Carmel Academy in Kisumu County and the shooting of three NASA supporters in Bondo on Friday.Six Nasa protesters were shot dead after they allegedly attempted to storm Bondo Police Station.
