Siaya senator James Orengo has threatened to file a court case against Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet and Athi River OCS Peter Kiema concerning NASA supporters injured or killed during anti-election protests in Machakos.The Siaya Senator said he will sue Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet and Athi River OCS Peter Kiema over the killing of one person and the injuring of several others."I will present in court all victims of the shootings in Machakos county. I am going to personally file a case against the IG and he Athi River OCS."Orengo was speaking this while addressing NASA supporters shortly after visiting two victims at Athi River Medical Services Hospital in Mavoko sub-county on Saturday.The Raila Odinga close friend accompanied with Mavoko MP Patrick Makau, former Senators Boni Khalwale (Kakamega) and Johnson Muthama (Machakos) and MCAs Robert Kisini (Athi River) and Daniel Mbevi (Mlolongo said there have been no reforms in the police service."Kenyan police are indisciplined.
