James Orengo says he will not be surprised to see Deputy President William Ruto 'begging' for legal aid from his office.
In a passionate message on his Facebook targeting NASA supporters, Orengo also says some close confidants of President Uhuru Kenyatta will suffer same fate in the near future.
"I offered probono to a number of political detainees during Moi era. Now that one of their own is in power, they do not care about injustices they subject other Kenyans to," he wrote.
Predictably, Orengo was referring to a number of politicians from Central Kenya who suffered under Daniel Moi's regime.
And in reference to Ruto, Orengo had represented him in court when KANU was under onslaught from retired President Mwai Kibaki in 2006.
"If God grants us long life, you won't be surprised to see Ruto seeking legal services in my office, neither would you be surprised to see Uhuru's henchmen," he said.
Within the opposition NASA, Orengo is a key figure and has often represented top politicians when being pursued by authorities.
Just like victory on multiparty, Orengo says, NASA will force Jubilee administration to pave way for free and fair elections.
