At a closed door meeting on Thursday, the Daily Nation reports, Orengo openly told Kalonzo off for allegedly threatening the unity of the coalition.

"Orengo accused Musyoka of thretening the unity of NASA through his wearing comment on Odinga's oath," says the paper.

Since Raila's controversial swearing in, Musyoka has been giving contradicting accounts on what precipitated three other principals to skip the event.

Early this week, Muysoka challenged Orengo to decline has appointment as Senate Minority Leader, a position that had been stripped off from Moses Wetangula.

"I want to urge my friend Jim (Orengo) to decline his appointment. It should not go down the history that he is the one who wretched NASA," he said.

At the Thursday's intense meeting, Orengo is said to have also accused Musyoka of allegedly misleading members of his Wiper party, who has been making 'disparaging' remarks about Raila.
